Its that cute inocence that she has. She is just really lovely. I smile just listening to her voice. On G-A-S the other week when she was talking about masturbating.

it is very funny, smithy and nessa are so funny as is uncle bryn.

But stacey is just absolutely lovely. I actually want to spoon her.

Agree about it being well written, wonderful characters in it, some stereotypes about Essex and South Wales but done in an endearing and not nasty or cynical way...the relationship between Smithy and Nessa...the constant references to a fishing trip, will we ever know what happened out there, or is it up to us to guess from the clues?

This must get another series!

james corden is a seriously talented lad and with his co writer they have found the perfect partnership for an easy to watch sitcom.

Really nice comedy, Rob Brydon gets a better role in this series too. Can't see how it can be compared to My Family, which has to be the biggest load of gash on telly at the moment.

i even liked corden and horner on big bros big mouth. they made it so funny to watch with their raps. And it looks like cordens on the verge of smahing into lilly allen aswell.....good work

Isn't Nessa the other writer, hence why she and Smithy get all the good punch lines. Mate's brother is in the current series (one of Gavin's mates Deano) and he says that Smithy and Gavin are just like their characters in real life. Must be great fun making it. Uncle Bryn is definitely one of the best things in it, superb all round.

That was good! I didn't think I would enjoy this but after sitting through about 5 mins I found it really watchable.

I agree that Gavin and Stacey is beautifully written but to put My Family in the same bracket is questionable.

My Family is very old and tired now whereas G & S is modern and fresh - 2 very different shows imho
