I sent an e-mail to Bolton earlier for the attentionn of Gartside saying don't appoint Megson as I want Bolton to stay in the Prem. Wonder if he will listen.

Apparently not well liked by players. So thats Diouf, Anelka, Speed, Nolan, Campo and Jussi on the way out.

Probably looking at his West Brom record rather than the complete hash he made at Forest.

His West Brom sides were solid at the back and won 1-0 and he got the best out of some ordinary players, a bit like Allardyce. The problem is at Forest he was awful.

I'd forgotten about the West Brom stuff - my memory must be going

It's lead story on BBC website now. Betfair have him at 2.4/1 :O. Giraffe, it's becoming love!

Steady, unless you are a scorching 20 year old virgin woman, you're scaring me!

But looking good at the moment.

Love in an appreciative way. The sort that my bank manager may feel towards me if Megson is appointed. And my wife too for that matter except she is never going to know anything about this...!

Ah yes that kind of love!! The sharing kind, I will PM you my bank details

I only got on at 16/1 as was stuck at the airport for too long. Still not a bad return if it happens.

Even though he may not have signed a deal yet, it would be staggering if he left Leicester.

It was only five minutes ago he was bleating on about how some mystery enemy on the board at West Brom had been poisonouly scuppering his chances of getting another job, and how grateful he was to Leicester for seeing past all that.

What price loyalty? About £1m a year and a job in the Premier League.

At the rate that spanner Mandaric hires and fires his managers, I wouldnt blame Megson for clearing the hell out of Dodge if Bolton want him, specially as he isnt even under contract there. He;s always going to be a couple of results away from the spanish archer at Leicester (and last night wont have helped). If Gartside offers him a contract, Megson should have his arm off.

If he signs then do and I'll sort you out a sweetener...

Okay thanks. Don't count your chickens just yet though, I want to see the photo of him wearing his Bolton scarf before I believe it!!!

Was listening to 606 last night & every Leicster fan who came on or whose text was read out said that they'd be glad to see Megson go.

So now they've got their wish come true....& if we get promoted...& its a big IF...then there is a chance that a trip to the Reebok is in order...& maybe White Hart Lane.
