So Joey Barton, who bangs on about people not being properly qualified, only has an Irish FA coaching badge?
I have no idea if I have been wooshed, but the qualification is the UEFA PRO Licence - the highest coaching qualification in European football. It just happens to have been run, in this instance, through the Northern Irish FA.

Which is where Bruno qualified.

Badges are essential because cant manage without. However still think man management, belief, bravery and respect from players is in the end what makes a good manager not badges

I'm amazed that no one has suggested that the Albion should bring him back to add to our coaching staff yet.

I mean good luck to him and all that, but just because he graced the club as a player, and a pretty average one at that, doesn't mean we need him back as a coach.
There is a reason no one has suggested we need him back at the club.

You do know he is already back coaching the U21s right?

I understand it's the highest level, but the Northen Irish FA  Bit like saying you got a degree from Portsmouth poly.

It’s the same course no matter what FA you gain the qualification under. People tend to go to whichever FA is running a course at the time they want to study rather than wait for say the English FA to be running a course.

Listening to a few ex footballer podcasts the location to finish your badges was either Belfast or somewhere in the UK. From memory Belfast was popular as I believe it was more a condensed intensive course duration wise, so quicker
