Absolutely this. Whatever you think of his football and the way he left he gave us a season of his best. Reading between the lines of that Watford statement he may not coach for some considerable time.

Think that's a pretty honourable if difficult call from Oscar. I'm sure he would have personally liked to stay on there, but the time needed for him to rest and recuperate properly away from matches and training would impact on what is a big season for Watford, they have an excellent chance of promotion.

Wish him all the best for the future. It says in the press release his health is no longer an issue, but other clubs will probably need some convincing of that.

Not necessarily. His record over the last three years shows a man who gives everything for his family and only works because he needs to earn to support the family unit. People may say he must be seriously ill to give up a full time job in football but that is just because we are fans. I totally respect the man for his decisions. I think his wife and kids are very lucky
