Nothing wrong with it kicking off every now and again, it'd happened for centuries and we shouldn't really worry about it to be honest.

Even the landed gentry had a bit of a go in Trafalger Square a few years ago, show it shouldn't really matter what class you are.

But I honestly think that people being a naughty in protest at the way the banks have operated over the last few years will go down badly with the majority of the population.

Funny people here saying that protest is counterproductive - if we hadn't got off our arses and up to Archer's house at Mellor, Focus stores and on the pitch at the Goldstone (to name 3 of the more 'direct actions') we wouldn't have an Albion to have an NSC about! Direct action most certainly does work.

As for trhe communism bit: life expectancy in Russia has reduced by 20 years on average since 1989. Don't take my word: check it out.

I said riots were counter productive not protests. I am in favour of direct action and to me thats what the protest against Archer were. If our protests had been violent do you think the Albion would exist today?

The decline in life expectancy in Russia is directly linked to the fact that people were looked after in workplace clinics. Their factories have been closed and livelihoods destroyed since the turncoat traitor Yeltsin and his oligarchs raped the Soviet economy: millions are in despair, and as I am sure you are aware the only way Yeltsin could stop the communists getting back into power with - mass popular support - in the 90s was by attacking the Duma (parliament) with tanks, killing over 150 deputies. I spent a long time in the GDR before the wall came down and the baleful effect of privatisation is well to the fore there as well.
