Newcastle last season.

Bit of a cheat though as worked it into a Northern National Parks holiday.

Nothing special, but Carlisle for me. A 0-0 draw in the bottom tier. I remember meeting some young lads from Worthing on the way back. They'd literally set off before 6am and weren't getting home until after midnight. Dedication.

Carlisle United and Hartlepool. I drove to Hartlepool and back in a day. Arriving 5 minutes late and leaving straight afterwards. Utter madness.

EDIT- oh, and Newcastle too, on a Friday, for a match postponed the following morning !

Orange County. California.
During the Withdean years I flew home from LA at least twice a year to go with my dad who was a Season ticket holder, came home for the opening game v Doncaster at the Amex, and then a handful of times since then. A round trip of 11,000 miles each trip, multiply that by around 20 trips in the last 20 years = 220,000 miles.

Leeds last season, it may have only been a few hundred miles there and back but it was like travelling back in time 50 years.

Spoke to @Lenny Rider on his phone-in on the way. I was bitching about something or other :lolol:
