Further help with a hangover required...please

scooter1

How soon is now?
Went to a wake yesterday and tried to celebrate the life of a good friend who sadly passed away at the tender age of 34, I think I may have celebrated a little too well and still have the hangover to show for it. Any suggestions as to rid myself of this?
So far i've tried:

2 large cups of tea
1 large fry up
Several craps, it was all day on the Guinness and farting has become a bit of a lottery
Lots of water

Many thanks in advance!

I think you'll find most of the people on NSC are now fierce tee totallers and non smokers since 1/1/07, try somewhere else ( sorry about your friend )

Bloke at works son got hammered the other day, so much so that he passed out. My collegaue took him to hosptial and they put him on a Glucose drip. He woke up the next day with no memories but felt absolutely fine....

So if I were you i would inject lucozade..

I woke up with a particularly severe hangover this morning, but half a bottle of cheap rose later, and hey presto-bye bye hangover! Try it, it'll work for sure.

Yep, a bottle of Lucozade always sorts me out, plus a Maccy D's double sausage and egg mcmuffin. Might be a bit late in the day for that though.

The headache is due to dehydration so drink as much water as you can.

Dried crackers, unsalted.

Marmite.

Way more water than you feel is desirable.

2 Aspirin.

NO sugar, avoid salt (though in Marmite it can't be helped), avoid stress, and get some rest - preferably horizontal. Straining your eyes at a p/c isn't good either, so turn this thing off.
