Looking for a book to make me :lolol:

Just finished The Amateurs by John Niven, which was quite possibly the funniest book i've ever read.

Any suggestions?

32 Programmes by Dave Roberts.

A prgramme collector is told by his new American wife that he can only take a Tupperware box of programmes over to the U.S. This is the story of the 32 games he chooses.

Very funny and touching too.

Spike Milligan's war memoirs are priceless. Water Music by TC Boyle is one of the funniest novels I've read.

Agreed on Milligans war Novels. Laugh out loud funny. Reading Danny Bakers autobiography at the moment. " going to sea in a sieve" that too has some great moments. He is a very funny bloke with anecdotes to die for.

Agree with Milligan and would also add David Nivens hollywood memories. The moons a balloon and bring on the empty horses.
