MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

  • Fulham are unbeaten in all seven Premier League matches against Brighton (W3, D4).
  • Brighton have lost two of their last three top-flight away games against Fulham.
Fulham
  • Fulham could win back-to-back league matches for just the second time this season.
  • They have won just one of their last five home games in all competitions (D2, L2).
  • The Cottagers have failed to score in 10 Premier League games this season although they did find the net in all four of their top-flight matches in February.
  • Marco Silva is unbeaten in all three Premier League home matches as a manager versus Brighton, winning with Everton and Fulham, and drawing one while in charge of Watford.
  • Fulham's last three Premier League goals at Craven Cottage have been scored by Rodrigo Munez. The Brazilian could become the first player since Louis Saha in 2003 to score four in a row.
Albion
  • After winning five of their opening six Premier League matches this season, Brighton have won only five of the last 20 (D9, L6).
  • The Seagulls have scored four or more goals in five Premier League games this season - only Arsenal and Liverpool have done so in more matches.

  • They are aiming to keep consecutive Premier League away clean sheets for the first time since February 2021 under Graham Potter.
  • Pascal Gross has either scored or assisted a goal in each of his last four Premier League appearances, with a goal and four assists.
  • Brighton have made 96 changes to their starting line-ups in the Premier League this season, at least 25 more than any other side.

Oh! Great. Fulham day. That’s usually a sure fire recipe for a stress headache.
I was just going to post how much I was looking forward to it! Nice easy journey without the aggro of Palace or tension of Chelsea. All day drinking with mates in good pubs. Decent food, nice walk through the park, home relatively early.

Of course, we’ll lose and it will be frustrating but I’m already resigned to that. Anything we get from the game will be a bonus.

Stress headache for me is relying on easyJet and Jet2, navigating an Italian transport strike, sitting in a bus convoy for over an hour and trying to avoid getting stabbed in the Derek.

So much negativity! C’mon, we are Brighton…. I am sure that if we “ turn up” today , we can beat this lot..
We will know after 5 mins. We must not let them get the upper hand early on. We must establish midfield superiority and dominate the game . I believe we still have the players to do that.
Having Fergie, Lamptey and Veltman back is an asset . I mean, no guarantees or definite prediction but let’s be positive :albion2:

Just as I get over one game and getting to bed at 3:30 am, another game turns up. Looking forward to the 15th March and two weeks off.
Edit 15th is UEL draw day. Another day of flight searching.
