Then we are going down. No way will we get more points than Burnley, if you presume we lose to Cardiff, which is the only realistic way they are overtaking us from here.

Have you seen Burnley's fixtures? They need points in their next two games or they're right in the sh*t

Effectively it would take a dramatic turnaround for 5 points to be sufficient for Cardiff to overtake us. So it can be said that they need 6 points to achieve that although not technically correct.

No he’s not, his efforts are entirely consistent with our other central midfielders - what is it, two league goals between them in almost two premier league seasons? Not part of their remit to score goals apparently.
