The quality of managers in the Prem is getting better every year. Wigan and Derby now have excellent young English managers with track records of keeping sides up. Roy Keane has done a good job at Sunderland, ditto Southgate at Boro.

I wouldn't say Sanchez is a bad manager, but there are some damn good ones looking after the teams around him.
