Seaweed! Seaweed!
Off topic-
Recently my black goldfish (named Gobbler) (similar to this one)
was attacked by our fish tank frog (now named shit bag-but i still love him) as we have had him since a baby(about 3 months) he looks like this
Recently we got another frog,as i felt like he could do with some company.
Perhaps he was wanting to mate or something but poor old Gobbler has received quite a beating,to such extent that being bad parents,i failed to notice the fact that our black goldfish has had his side fin (left side) ripped off,and his tail shredded.
The shop we got the frog from said they are ok with fresh water fish and bigger fish should be no problem (explains why 2 tiny fish have gone missing then) anyway,as shitbag has now grown to 2 1/2 inches long and his new mate is following up fast, time has come to separate frogs from fish, thus they each have new tanks-call it prison for the frogs, although having a soft spot for them,i have furnished their new abode well..
My first thought was to kill (by suffocation) poor old Gobbler, maybe stand on him or boil him for a quick kill....something told me no!!!
As such for now he spends time on his side, floating at the top of the tank.
The fins are growing slowly, and with a little time, love and dedication i shall nurse him back to full health.
