Trying to buy Palace tickets for me and a mate but he isn't showing up in my friends and family. I put all of his details in yesterday so it should have gone through and we both have enough points.

What's the deal, here? I've never bought tickets for someone else on the online system, do they need to confirm that they know me on their account?

Any help would be appreciated, cheers!

Just get them separately and stand together anyways, the "that's my seat" brigade won't be out that night (hopefully).

Not only do you have to enter his details on your family & friends but he has to enter your details on his family and friends. Only once you have both done that will you be able to book his ticket at the same time as yours.

Thanks for your help.

Usually I wouldn't mind but I've just had too many bad experiences when not sitting in my designated seat at high demand games.
