I've just got it, but I'm at work, it won't get played until I've watched the end of the day's play from Jamaica.

Well, maybe a bit in the tea interval.

I'll bring you up to date as soon as I can drag myself away from my Sky Sports/PS2 corner.

Looking at the instructions, a few things I've noticed, which you probably knew already:

61 grounds including all English county grounds
Fully editable players
Injuries
Ability to play full county season, or just Championship/National League/C&G
Looks like you can play 2 players on the same team, taking a batsman/bowler each
