Free Albion Tickets 2008/9

Hi all

I am the manager of the BETTER bookies opposite the Seagulls Shop.

We are running a free draw for a pair of Albion tickets every Wednesday before a home game at around 7pm.

It'll be on the lines of a losing slip draw where just write your name and contact number on the back of a losing slip and the winning slip pulled out will get a pair of tickets for the Saturdays game!!

The Albion have endorsed this and we will meet them next week to discuss other activities along the lines of free scorecasts when purchasing tickets and special albion coupons for the fans.

Had sort of decided not to bother with your shop anymore - last time I tried to put a bet on the Albion there, after a lot of faffing about and discussion with the lady, the lad told me he had to ring for the odds which I found fairly poor, being the local team and all. I left it and went up the road to a shop where the chap was much more appreciative of all things Albion...

Have things improved?

Because it's not actually a 'free draw' because you have to spend money to enter (losing slip).

If you have all bases covered then fair play.

As marc said last week, there's a dutch home kit, only worn a couple of times, almost new, going up for sale on ebay shortly !!
