None of us know If she did or didn't, but there just seems something not quite right about all of this.

Yep, that's just about how I feel. Not really convinced by the prosecution, but far from certain that she's innocent either. This is a tragedy in which there are no winners, only losers.

She is a cold blooded killer! Convicted by an Italian Jury! Now it's up to her defence team to persuade a higher court that the jury came to an incorrect decision.

If she had been a paedo convicted of raping and murdering a child with similar evidence presented would you still be trying to defend her? Somehow I think not.

I'm not defending her, and the 'paedo' rubbish makes no difference at all, unless you read the daily mail or the sun, or have no brain.

no matter what people think on here none of us have been present in the court and we are baseing all of our opinions from what we have read in various papers etc she has been found guilty by a jury and im sure an appeal will be forthcoming.

The point is this: most country's legal systems are imperfect and open to abuse, and the Italian legal system is famous for its corruption and bias.

I don't believe the trial was fair, bacause Italy is a very corrupt country. Remember, they sent the black guy down in a completely separate trial - dodgy huh? Just look at that **** Berlusconi and the continuing power of the Mafia for proof.

And yes, I would definitely smash her doors in, as they say in the trade.
