Very weak evidence that she was convicted on in my view. Obviously don't know all the details but the DNA evidence(which seemed the only real 'proof' was very very BREEZY.

I can see a strong appeal having this overturned.

Ps I still would.

I don't get why three people were sentenced to 25 years plus for the murder of one girl?

There must be only one murderer, it seems to me that they don't have a f***ing clue which one it was.

I don't know what happened, but if two people hold someone down so a third can stab him/her, aren't they equally guilty? And shouldn't people who are equally guilty be equally punished?

She is a cold blooded killer and will now pay the price for it. She will not be out of prison until she is 40 and then what can she do with her life? Nothing. She is ruined. It serves her right, if you court says she is guilty she is guilty.

Cannot recall what it is called (but I am sure one of our resident police officers will let us know), but there is a law that says you are as guilty if you are present when the crime takes place but do nothing to try and stop it.

There was a case a few years back where someone got life because they had called someone up and ask them to come along to a meeting between two gangs. He know from previous experience that this guy carried a knife. When it all kicked off the guy who had been called stabbed someone to death and the guy who made the call was also found guilty of murder.

If she is guilty then fine but there are many cases where innocent people have been found guilty - not so sure I'm that confident in the court system to think it's foolproof - even more so the Italian court system !

People really piss me off when they start calling her a cold blooded killer just because some Italians believed the prosicution. None of us know If she did or didn't, but there just seems something not quite right about all of this.

She is a cold blooded killer! Convicted by an Italian Jury! Now it's up to her defence team to persuade a higher court that the jury came to an incorrect decision.

If she had been a paedo convicted of raping and murdering a child with similar evidence presented would you still be trying to defend her? Somehow I think not.

no matter what people think on here none of us have been present in the court and we are baseing all of our opinions from what we have read in various papers etc she has been found guilty by a jury and im sure an appeal will be forthcoming.

anyway wasnt the question whether you would smash the granny out of her or not?
