FOXES in brighton

Snapped this fellah this morning, he even did a pose. It was 15 years ago when I first saw a fox in town and they were very elusive. Nowadays they seem to be on the verge of becoming domestic pets.

They get bad press. Where i live in patcham theres 1 that often just walks around in broad daylight. It gets fed and and brushed by a neighbour.

One ate a baby seagull next door to us. Parents not best pleased but we are thankful for non attacking Seagulls.

I see a lot more foxes in and around my workplace in Lewes Road, Brighton, than ever I see out in the countryside near Bracknell Towers.

I have them living in my garden. I don't feed them, they look a little scrawny, but they've been there for a few years now. I love seeing 3 or 4 cubs running round my garden.

Found a half decomposed one in my garden once. Not pretty and had to get the council to remove the body.

Looked out the window at breakfast the other day and there's a fox and 2 cubs sunning themselves on the back lawn, then 1 of the cubs decides to have a dig under our oak tree. Soon put a stop to that.

Farmers use shotguns. Urban dwellers use their cars and kill far more of course.
