nah Forster and Owusu to start, Murray to come on for Owusu in the 2nd half, and if we are not winning by 80 minutes throw on Davies.

Top news, I think we'd have beaten Orient if we had even one of them on the bench.

this is wot the argus website said about Captain Nicky Forster and strike partner Glenn Murray could both be on the bench for Russell Slade's first home match in charge of Albion against Southend tomorrow night.

Forster (calf) and Murray (hernia) took part in Slade's first training session at Falmer today, along with fellow injury victims Chris Birchall (calf) and Tommy Elphick (ankle).

Slade revealed: "If they are okay I am going to have the two front men on the bench. Tommy is a little bit behind the others and will need to play on Wednesday (in the reserves)."

For all those who doubt the value of having Murray in the side, the recent run of form whilst he has been injured should have sorted your misconceptions. He's vitally important to the side and we have missed him badly.

Please, we stay up and get this squad fit. If we can it really does look good for next year.

I hope the people who slagged him off after Adams threw him to the lions against Leeds are feeling very silly.

Brilliant news, although they reckon Fraser will be right midfield again:down:

This is great news for us.

Murray, if fully fit, could be the man to score the goals that can save us this season. I just hope we don't rush him back this time after the debacle vs Leeds.

When both players are fit, I'd still like to see Fozzy and Murray up top.
