Albion’s home fixture against Nottingham Forest has been moved back to a 5.30pm kick-off on Saturday 5th October.

The game was originally scheduled for a 3pm kick-off but due to an open day at the university, the game will now take place at the revised time of 5.30pm.

Yes, though more to suit the club than anything. Would be transport chaos otherwise. Watford was the other game moved, but to a Friday 7.45 KO.......which might actually get stuck on TV.

The problem is that Brighton University have little choice but to set the dates for their Open Days before the fixtures come out.

But why can't we forward these dates to the fixtures man? I mean each club chooses another club that they don't want home games to clash with, but to us that doesn't really matter.

It's because we are only allowed 1 ( or 2 ? ) special fixture request and it is always taken by Pride weekend.
