Woohoo, just booked 4 train tickets, cheapest was via Southern, (I checked east midlands etc.) and 4 match tickets. Can't wait.

It may or may not work for you, but worth trying a ticket to Leicester, Loughborough, Long Eaton or Derby and the a return from one of those stations - they're different trains so you might find a save.....

I read somewhere that East Midland Rail are doing a special 'football fare' for £34 open return from St Pancras to Nottingham ?

The £12 return ticket from St Pancras to Nottingham through the Megabus website is still available...I procured five yesterday evening....
