No way to back it up,but why do foreigners want to own English clubs ? Sort of a tax dodge/money laundering just why ? Blackburn set to be owned by an Indian group that deals in poultry and pharmaceuticals. Lets face it football like the Nhs is a bottomless pit.

One of the journalists on Sunday Supplement a couple of weeks ago said that Abromovich had bought Chelsea as a life insurance policy. I guess he was meaning it was a way for him to move relatively large sums of money out of Russia and for it to be relatively safe from the Russian authorities in the event of his death. Plus of course he gets good seats at Stamford Bridge.
