Are there any questions that you want asking that someone here who IS going can ask...?

Sensible questions, even if they are obvious, and you think that they will get asked anyway. Please DON'T reply to this thread Ernest or FG. This is for grown-ups.

Go.

Not really but can somebody please tell them that they are doing a fantastic job and that we're all behind them and believe they can get us where we need to be.

And says thanks to McGhee for getting the youngsters playing some qulaity football.

Ta.

I would go but I'm feeling like death warmed up.

Not sure if work will allow me to get there - some of these may have been asked before but:
would like to know:
1)how long it will take to get the stadium up and running once JP says yes?
2)Given LDC attitude to extend falmer delay without any new arguements can any of the clubs addition costs be claimed from them? )probably a silly one but courts do award costs where people are delaying/taking the piss.
3)How is Danny Cullip progressing and is there a rough date for his return (someone mentioned the Sunderland game)

On the theme of LDC:

Can the club not ask the Inspector who is taking the re-opening of the Public Inquiry to bring it forward after LDC have admitted they dont have any new arguments set in place and are therefore seen as just delaying the issue further. Is there no way LDC can be punished for this as they are quite blatantly delaying it in the hope the decision will be interupted by the next General Election.

Is MM still interested in signing a target man?... under no circumstances mention Mark McCammon, even if Dennis Wise has already confirmed that MM has spoken to him about this player!!...

What is the latest on the 2k extra seats (some progress was allegedly imminent a few weeks ago, but not a dickie bird since then)?...

Given that the fans are being asked to dig deep AGAIN (I have done, BTW), will the club's board also be emptying THEIR pockets AGAIN?... what about the management, players, and staff?...

Do the club agree that, if they knew they could make Dec in the first place for the re-opening of the inquiry, they shouldn't have proposed Jan, which obviously allowed LDC the opportunity to delay until Feb?...

Do the club plan to do anything to support the pro-Falmer Lewes residents?...

What is the latest on Simon Rodger?...

Hope that isn't too contraversial for the delicate things!...

Has the Marina Multiplex been considered as an extra park and ride as it always seems to be empty in there or are the club worried about Asda objecting as they did about Carden Avenue?

Who decided on the home kit change?

Why did they decide to break with years of tradition and get a totally different shade of blue?

Does the club think some consultation with the fans beforehand would be a good idea?

- from a fan who was all set to buy a home shirt but will now have to wait 2 years...

Hardly a great place for out of town people to park, is it?

Not many people would use that in preference to the existing ones.

If there are any Lewes/Seaford/Newhaven/Peacehaven based fans who are going tonight and might be interested in doing some serious campaign planning re Falmer ... make contact with me (either before or after the Forum session).

Bearing in mind the trouble that some clubs have had with predatory moves to take action (including control) against the wishes of the supporters, are there any plans for the establishment of a BHA Supporters Trust that would give a 'casting vote' on ownership issues to the supporters themselves?

If the response is 'it can't be done' or 'it's too costly' I'd like to know why not and how much would it cost?

The City Council's requirement for additional park & ride facilities to support the extra seats at Withdean is for a site that will be convenient for the A23 and A27. They want to keep traffic OUT of the City Centre as well as ensuring that there's no increase in on-street parking in the Withdean exclusion zone.

I was just trying to think of an empty space that could be used. It might attract people from the Newhaven and Peacehaven areas, and Seaford. I think the same applies to the Racecourse, which some people have suggested. What happens when there is racing on a Saturday?
