A mate of mine has booked a hire car for the day, but the people he was going to go with have had to pull out meaning he's stuck driving up there on his own.

So if there is anyone who would like a lift (and preferably share the driving) then PM me and I'll pass along his details to you.

If you were already going to drive your own car, It's going to be cheaper for you the more people going together, plus it'll save your car from having to do 700 miles which is never healthy.

i may bunk the train again. unless u know of anyone with a spare train ticket Piers?:)

i may just not go as i will prob arrive home sat morning at 5am from a drinking session in london so.......i'll either be still drunk or hungover:shootself

Train ticket no, but there are a few floating around on here. Otherwise with a YP card it should not be too evil.

Will be impressed if you manage to bunk GNER, they are normally the strictist of the firms.

The fine will be either £10 or twice the full return fare, whichever is larger.

I wouldn't risk it if I were you!
