There was a survey recently when they asked supporters of different teams who they considered their rivals
Spurs said Arsenal
Arsenal said Chelsea
Chelsea said Man Utd, as did Liverpool, Leeds and City.
United said Liverpool.
So it's not necessarily local or reciprocal.
Denis Law, United to City and then scored the goal that relegated United.
