They're supposed to be professional sportsmen representing their country, trying to qualify for a World Cup for the first time in 12 years. Getting absolutely ripped off their tits during international duty and then publically taking the piss out of the guy who at least kept them in the squad after that (when most managers I'm pretty sure would have booted them out there and then) - all just a bit of a "joke" eh ?

How is it a joke? If someone that you were managing in a professional capacity called you a wanker, or made the wanker sign, or the v sign, would you take it as a joke and laugh it off? Or would you haul them up for it?

It was two immature and purile idiots acting like complete tools. They've only got themselves to blame.
