When I heard this on the radio last night, I thought they must have been making it up. Despite knowing exactly how unbelievably thick footballers can be, and how incredibly childish when someone doesn't just go along with everything they say, this is still sinking to a new low.

In the school playground it's at the same age group as bunny ears ffs.

They wouldn't even get NEAR my next squad if I was Burley.

I wouldn't care how talented they are or how untalented the replacements would be, I would make it quite clear that they are not the sort of immature imbeciles I want anywhere near my squad. End of.

As it is, Gordon is probably a better keeper, and I don't think the chice of midfielders has been stronger in Fergusons time around the squad. I'm not sure I'd want them back at Ibrox even, if I was a Rangers fan.

f*** talent, dickheads who evidently have no respect for authority or any regard of what is right and what is wrong don't deserve to be picked.

If for arguments sake, say Rooney and Gerrard had done the same thing, would you all still be saying f*** 'em and leave them out of the squad?

What an absolute pair of pricks. Great CAPTAIN material, too.
Were they really STUPID enough, not to realise they'd have half the cameras in the ground pointing at them?

Defies belief.

Yes. Going out on an all-night binge is a mistake, you take the punishment for it. However, then sitting on the bench and making rude signs to the manager is completely and totally out of order. If Murray and Forster did it I would want them straight out of the club.

Btw, BBC Sport are now saying that Ferguson has been stripped of the Rangers captaincy as a result.

So, you're saying that we lost a crucial qualifier, and they were still drinking at the bar the following lunchtime. Then after their team-mates amde a plea to the manager on their behalf they were given places on the bench, they then make a series of childish hand signals behind Capellos back.

Yep, I'd kick them out for the foreseeable, and it wouldn't be the managers fault if we fail as a result, it would be the players themselves. Let players take some responsibility for their actions for once.

Seems they have both been transfer listed as well. Good on Rangers.

I feel a bit sorry for Burley. Rangers can simply move this pair on and get a fee for doing so, but Burley has a limited pool of talent at his disposal. Lee McCulloch is another Rangers player who's fallen out with Burley, and Scotland have no chance unless the manager can unite the side.
