I don't like cricket...

... no really, I don't. I have a short attention span, so there is far too much waiting around for me. Football all the way for me.

That is a bit like asking what do you prefer, ice-hockey or stoolball...both have their merits and are fun to play or watch, but there are very few similarities!

Without a doubt football. Have never played cricket for a club/team and wish i started playing as a younger child. As Murraymints said, football gives you the adrenaline rush which to me cricket doesnt, but then they are two very different sports. Must say though i am getting more and more interested now the t20 world cup and ashes are around.

After spending 8 summers playing cricket for the local club it occured to me one fine summers day in the field.

I fuckin hate cricket, awfully shit and overated game.

Football is more important, so is either wonderful or miserable with rarely a happy middle ground.

I find Cricket enjoyable as I can still enjoy it if Sussex/England lose, as long as it's a good game; because ultimately I find it less important (I'm still quite passionate, yet not in the mood dominating way of football).
