After my disastrous first season in which I got thoroughly spanked and relegated, I finally worked out the way to play with the Albion. So, i started again, thinking I could keep them up with only loan players.

1st season, currently 19th after 38 games and looking like staying up on current form with a 4-5-1 (4-3-3)

Defensivish mentatility, direct ball and counter attack. i.e. We're a bit shit, so we defend, then we lump it upfront as quick as possible and try to score.
