Realistically, Kuipers is going to have to take a major wage cut at the end of the season if he is to stay I would suspect

If we are save, then I would imagine Sullivan will get a run of games incase he is thrown in next season - but having seen the treatment Henderson got, I imagine that Wilkins would be very reluctant to risk a similar thing happening to Sullivan and shattering his confidence, which in part explains the reasons we got Flinders in in the first place

Why do the Albion keep ripping themselves to shreds over the goalkeeper position? Are Sullivan & Martin going to remain permanent non-playing fixtures til they reach retirement age? At what age does Keeley stop being an option? How many keepers is FDM going to see off?- must be approaching a dozen already.

It really is so much bollocks. How much have the club squandered on goalkeeping cover over, say, the past three or four seasons? Ridiculous situation IMHO.

Goalkeeping cover has been needed, Kuipers wouldn't be here if Roberts hadn't got that back injury.

Flinders cost £1,000,000 so I guess it's a no brainer
Ade Akinbyi cost £5,000,000.

Anyway, Flinders has played well in the last two games and should keep his place for Scunthorpe. But after that his loan spell runs out, imo we shouldn't extend it if there is no chance of signing him permanently (which there isn't).

In the days of crazy transfers, still a bloody good player though..
