More to the point, what UK citizen ever even knew what a Flat White coffee was before googling it before venturing into Starbucks or the local painfully trendy 'small batch' equivalent? In anybody's house you ever to, you were only ever asked if you wanted milk and sugar.
This.Only weirdos put milk in their coffee.
I take mine NATO standard

but what is NATO standard? No sugar in mine......but then again while flying it was lemon tea only
I'm surprised at you Andy, you should know NATO standard = milk and 2 sugars.
I know.....late shift at heathrow.....midday until 10ish
edited now.....Warstiener is kicking in........anyway the stewards all knew our drinks when flying...
From my time as a barista I can remember that it came from Australia and you can only get it in one size other wise it would just be a latte as the proportion of coffee to milk would be off.
Got my crate of Warsteiner, courtesy of EE.
Anyway I didn't think they had stewards when you were in the RAF bomber command
