Why are there so many games “clustered” all the time ? We are at home Saturday/Tuesday (or close to) on

13/8 + 16/8
10/9 + 13/9
15/10 + 18/10
26/12 + 31/12
11/2 + 14/2
01/4 + 4/4

Plus 19/11 + 26/11 and 21/1 + 28/1. Obviously the reverse applies as well, with lots of clusters of away games. Is it too much to ask to just ALTERNATE the home/away games as much as possible throughout the season ? Or is that old hat now ?

Another very tough end to the season,

QPR, Wolves, Wigan, Norwich and Villa in the last 6 games (With Bristol City being the other)
Much easier than last season imo. Nice couple of openers too, will give an early glimpse of potential :)

I'm absolutely gutted.

I'm Albion. She's Newcastle. We're hoping to go away for the weekend for a piss up and football together for a change instead of separately.

Newcastle away is our wedding day.

You can imagine the words coming out of my mouth at present.

Why get married in the football season then? I chose June for a reason!

Why would anyone get married during the football season on a Saturday, very bad planning.

Because it's a bank holiday weekend.

Because it gives everyone an extra day to recover from the evening party.

Because we have family travelling a long way to come.

And because it's the 10th anniversary of us getting together that weekend.

So gutted.

We have a late ceremony so if it's early KO I can still catch it on tv somewhere if I get time. But that's not the point. Of all possible fixture dates why that ****ing one!!!!!!

Norwich and Villa perhaps, but QPR, Wolves and Wigan ? It could have been far worse than that and I think Naylor over stated it if I'm honest

Haven't seen anything from Naylor, I just think that it is going to be tough.

I think Wigan and Wolves will do well. I also have a sneaky suspicion that QPR will either go for it or go bust
