Normally just pepper and vinegar, although up the pub for the holland game they dished out some curry sauce with the chips that was fan-bloody-tastic.

Oh and my answer is

Vinegar - both malt and onion
Salt
Ketchup - just a bit for the chips.

Where's the option for pickled onions? Those big white buggers they have in a jar on the counter, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Fish and chips always, always smell better than they taste. I usually have a pie.

Salt, pepper and curry sauce (if available at the South Street Chippy). Otherwise I substitute the curry soss for tartare. If eating chips OUT, then it is salt and onion vinegar only.

Vinegar is a must
Ketchup - usually have a little bit for the chips
Tartar sauce - sometimes, but not a necessity

I always have Worcester Sauce instead of salt and vinegar (try it, you'll love it)... but it's not on your list. Tartare is also a must, with Ketchup optional.
