I agree with this, Adam, whilst not for a moment doubting his commitment, is a liability on the discipline front.

Could easily move El-Abd or Vincelot into LB. Mattock's a good player but he's not by any means a crucial member of the starting 11 just yet. If the fee is right for us I would still sign him though.
