Hello from Cornwall
Came up from Cornwall for 5 nights to watch the 2 home games v Leeds and CP. Tried to book in The Royal Albion hotel, to make the stay perfect, but no luck (fully booked). I am a member of BHASC and used their season tickets for the "North Stand". (many thanks again Sarah !)First of all I must say what a brilliant stadium. Learnt all the new (to me) songs ! The most enjoyable time was had by my wife and I. Will hopefully be coming up again in March for another couple of home games. I have supported The seagulls since the early 1960's. Never had the privileged of "Withdean". But loads of memories of Goldstone ! One thing I did not like is the location of the plaque's.:( Could they not of put them in the stadium wall to cover the boring breeze blocks instead of in the floor. There were some RIP ones that were being walked all over. Other than that the most memorable time was had by all !
Barry and Maureen:clap:

I think the Royal Albion gets block booked by the travel companies specialising in 5 and 7 day coach holidays plus the fact people book online 6 months ahead to get a room to avoid higher charges if they were to leave it nearer the time of their stay. I agree with you about the stones being removed and placed on a wall , they would look much better on the stadium approach which would readily identify itself as a place of memorial (plus the support messages on stones to one side) instead of people walking all over them.

I must admit I also thought that Cullip4. My saving grace is that I have been telling people down here that I was involved in a 10 goal thriller !!
Have you been to "Treyew Road" Carrot ? Your right, just a little different !! If Truro get promoted one more time they will have to move to a new stadium. Dont know where that's gonna come from !

I guess the groundshare at Home Park isn't going to happen now

I know quite a few Plymouth supporters down here and they were at the game that the seagulls supporters went to and were very pleased with the support that the seagulls and others gave that day. Ground share at Home Park SOG ! Now there's an idea.

see another reason for fans from far away to join the supporters club, we do have 2 season tickets to be used by members who come from far away and would like to have the experience of the Amex. Im glad you enjoyed your games and look forward to seeing again in the future
