nice. i just tasted some foul south african wine that came from a hamper a client gave at work. absolutely rancid stuff. was settled down with some good cheese and everything and that wine ruined the moment.

I shall be cracking open my first can of lager sometime shortly after 1806. Provided of course that the Victoria tube line is behaving itself this evening.

Still on anti-inflammatorys and paracetomol :(

I`ve been drinking whisky and lemsip this week. Its not going to break into the top ten on the cocktail list and its probably not wise to mix them but at least I`ve slept well and gone to bed happy.

Will shortly be having a coffee medicinal followed by a couple of Harvey's Olds methinks.

I spent a long evening on Kings Old a couple of weeks ago in Bognor. I presume that it was the old King and Barnes old from years ago. It was ok but I felt pretty groggy the next day. Mind you thats what comes of drinking 10 pints of it I suppose ?

Just CRACKED open a bottle of Sainsburys Taste the Difference West Country CIDER

BEAUTIFUL

that stuff is RIDICULOUS. theres just something about the taste that makes it disgusting, yet you cant get enough of it. there is a 2 litre bottle of it in our fridge, which HAS to be drunk tonight due to us clearing out for christmas break tomorrow. i will use it to TOAST cheltenhams victory over luton!

my first drink of the weekend was an extortionately priced guiness over the racecourse earlier - although my profit margin more than made up for it :)

Haven't been allowed to drink 'officially' for 3 months, but I don't believe the Doctor and can safely say that a couple of cans every now and then has no side affects when mixed with warfarin.
3 months is up tomorrow and I can officially get bladdered on Sunday....roll on Sunday!
