The very last Withdean litter patrol, the traditional end-of-season tidy-up of the local area, will take place on Sunday, 15 May. For supporters, it's the final chance to take part in one of the award-winning patrols.
Picking up any litter left by supporters was one of the commitments Albion gave the community when permission for use of the stadium was granted in 1998. Co-ordinator Paul Whelch has organised the patrols for the last eleven years.
To take part, meet in the Withdean Hospitality Suite (via Gate 21 from the main car-park) at 10am where Paul will fit you out with gloves, bags and litter-pickers before sending you off along one of the local roads. After a couple of hours return to the suite for refreshments.
