Cinema Paradiso; I just have to hear the music and I start. Also when I saw the remake of West Side Story at the cinema last year I had a very soggy face mask at the end.

Just watched It's a Wonderful Life - I can hold out until the last 5 minutes as his friends & neighbours bail him out of his financial problems and his Brother comes back from the War.
It used to be the last 5 minutes for me. Then the last 15. Now I probably start about 10 minutes in and intermittently for the rest of the film.

Escape to Victory- seeing Michael Caine and Sylvester Stallone sharing a pitch with some of the best players to ever grace the football pitch, including Pele and Moore, breaks me up every time.

I can’t recall any film that has made me blub but the closing scene of the the final episode of Our Friends In The North gave me goosebumps and made me cry. It’s devastating and heartbreaking and has there ever been a better use of music in tv series? f*** man, it’s the perfect end.

Up!
I'm in bits after the opening montage. I've been through the wringer and there's a whole film left to watch. No thanks I'm done. I need some time alone with my thoughts and hard liquor.
I once phoned Rick Astley to ask if he could donate some of his vast DVD collection for a charity auction.

He said "I can give you Bambi, Finding Nemo and Minions, but I'm never going to give you Up!"
