In theory we have 8m ulloa and 750k Barnes money that wasn't in the original budget so 9-10m may not be absurd - I suspect our "big" striker may be a prem loan as well (eg Chris wood)

It's a possibility. Didn't Burke say we were on to meet ffp even without the money from ulloa. To see all that money re-invested in the squad would be awesome. My Brighton mojo would be significantly boosted!
