Fifa 12 career mode crash

Anyone who plays fifa12 on ps3 had any crashing issues with career mode?? I get to 3rd April 2013 in my second season and my ps3 just crashes as i advance to this date, the disc is fine the ps3 is fine and everything else on the game works yet I get to this date and cnt get any further any info would be awesome??
