KFC is stringy, slimey rubbish. Can't believe anyone enjoys it, let alone has it as a fave.
Chinese for me. LOVE IT. Here's the line-up of half an hour of heaven:

Prawn sesame toast *
Crispy fried seaweed
Chicken & cashew nuts in mandarin sauce
Spicey seszuan (spelling ?) noodles

* or capital tasty spare ribs, depending on my mood

all washed down with a bottle of white wine. Marvellous scenes.

It depends where you get your Chinese from. If it is from a food court or a very cheap takeaway, then the quality is no better than KFC.

Very true. I have a local chinese I always go to, and it is absolutely superb every time. I used to use a different one, until they changed management, and it all went to pot. Everything was bland and tasted the same. Plus, the chinese bloke behind the counter had a really hairy mole on his chin (the hairs must have been 3 or 4 cm's) and I found that offputting, cos I thought he might be dragging the hairs through the food.

I like Indian the best too, although Famous Moes in shoreham does a pretty fine seafood pizza too !! Hmm not sure how to vote here....

When I lived in Sevenoaks there is this Chinese at the top of the high street - and that was simply the bestest chinese takeaway I've ever had - but Shoreham to Sevenoaks is a little far for takeaway these days...for a little Chinese dude on his moped!!

Only problem is keeping it warm, whilst you wade through all the courses.
