The view from Devil's Dyke is amazing.

Looking back from the Pier in Brighton along the whole coast, accompanied by the sound of Gulls.

I love Sussex.

View west from the Racehill is lovely (above) especially at Sun down as the lights come on across Brighton.

I have always liked the view east along the rail track from Shoreham rail station when you go over the level crossing. Lovely tree lined track and Southwick tower on the horizon. Always glance down as I go across. Always means I'm home.

....is the correct answer - the view from the top on the A29 looking NE out over Houghton and the Arun Valley is absolutely beautiful. No matter how bad the arduous commute may have been it constantly reminds me why living by the coast in Sussex is one of the finest places in the world!
