I couldn't pin down a single episode but one of my favourite scenes is the one where Homer buys all that stuff to plug into his cigarette lighter including a fog-machine.

Homer: "Now even I think thats a bad idea"

"The Springfield Files" - especially the bit where Homer's running through the woods then spells out the word "Yahh!" in the long grass, jumping to finish the dot on the exclamation mark. Always makes me laugh!
