I had Breton one in Les Arcs that had a lovely slightly pink steak hache/burger in the middle, and was then covered in a creamy roquefort sauce. Just thinking about it makes me want to weep, it was so good.

Last week (when I thought it was pancake day but by the time i realised it wasn't I HAD to have some anyway) I had sliced Banana and Chocolate Sauce, topped with Vanilla Ice Cream!

I can certainly recommend it!
