Favourite leftover to munch cold?

No it's not cheating, not really. Boil a gammon joint ( one from the butcher not those pumped full of water from the supermarket ) in stock with veg and herbs. Eat it hot as your first meal and then cold for lunch the next day - delicious and ham .... of sorts.
