My kids got me this for Fathers Day (at my behest). Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet on this thread. Classic simplicity, nothing fussy. And so far, its got me through this tournament.

I've also got a 66-style red one which I love.

I liked the one Butcher had against Sweden... oozed attitude.

The 1966 ones were nice as well. I like England in red.

Do you have a favourite England football shirt?

Seeing photos and crowd scenes on tv of England fans at Wembley for the semi final I noticed many different shirts from over the years, retro England shirts seem to be very popular.

Admiral shirt from the 80s has always been a favourite.

Definitely this one. Beautiful shirt.

In 2nd place the 1990 one.

For me it has to be the 1990s shirts. I particularly like the red one as that was my first England shirt. So mainly for nostalgia reasons. I was only 10. Best world cup ever IMO.

I had all the England shirts of the 90s but i left them at an ex's house when we broke up and i never saw them again. The originals are worth hundreds now.

Also, I really like the current away.

I like my football shirts simple. The 2010 shirt is my absolute favourite, even though the 2010 team was embarrassing in South Africa.

I have to say though, I didn't like the Euro '96 shirt at the time, but love it now. The same effect is also taking place with the current home shirt. Clearly the good memories I associate with those kits make them more loveable.

I'd forgotten about the 2010 one even though I used to own it. That was an absolutely beautiful shirt, under rated as it was such a bleak time for England. As shirts alone go, I think it was the best but they will understandably always be associated with performance too so it gets forgotten about. David Beckham in that shirt looks about as good as a man possibly can :safeway:!

Gutted I had to get rid of it as I wore it so much.
