Mojito! Refreshing and delightful. Some places do tend to murder it, by adding too much sugar though.

I spent one month in Cuba. The greatest country on this planet by a country mile. If you are not doing a package trip, then drop me a line and I can recommend a great place to stay in Habana - assuming it is still there.
