Mine is "I wish it would be Christmas Everyday" by that unsung genius of British pop - Roy Wood (ok - Wizzard helped him).

What's yours - apologies if it ain't on the list.

PS The new Thea Gilmore album - "Strange Communion" is well worth a listen for a Christmas Album which is a little different. It even has a track - "That'll be Christmas" which is picking up some plays on R2!

Are people just voting for The Pogues as a joke?

I don't like the song but at if you do at least vote for a better version of it like this one.

Anyway I've gone for Wham! because it's pure quality. For a funny Christmas song I like Rocking Around The Christmas Tree by Mel & Kim.

From the list? Fairytale Of New York. Obviously.

Not from the list? The Power Of Love - Frankie Goes To Hollywood. Equally obviously.

The f***ing llamas did it for me.

And was that the legend that is Charles Ball I saw in there a few times?

It was indeed - and Kev the Ape.

From the list it has to be Wham, absolute choon of the highest order.

But my favourite of all time, it'll never get old, PROPER CRIMBO by Bo Selecta. Quality, can I have a key change?
