Jona Lewie has oft been quoted that 'Stop the Cavalry' is nowt to do with Christmas, just bunged in the line about being home for Christmas and a couple of bells - BINGO.

Also, ironic that one of the all time greats by Greg Lake is quite a cynical song about Christmas.
