Out of interest do we know how much the club pay him. My friend (I have more than one) said it was 50% of £300k per week? He is undoubtedly a good player who got an injury just as he was coming into form for us this season, but not for £150k per week if that is true.Club has had its fingers burnt severely in the first dip into paying astronomical weekly wages albeit via a season loan.
Hopefully a lesson learnt very quickly
Not sure but I know we pay a lot, also not sure what it does for morale within teams when one person earns significantly more than everyone else.Out of interest do we know how much the club pay him. Sure they don’t play in the same position but I reckon Jacob will say No, competition for places is toughDefinitely need a poll for this thread.
That should give us a good idea of what the masses think on the subject…
How would anyone know?Isn’t Mitoma on or near enough the same amount we are paying for him?
That’s crap! To say he‘s done absolutely nothing is ridiculous. His contribution has been limited due to injury but when he has performed he’s been outstanding. Whether he’s worth keeping on for another season on his current wages, well, that’s debatable and would probably depend on what he has to offer over the next ten games. No way. He’s done the grand total of nothing. Injured or makes no impact. Get rid and free up the wages.
How would anyone know?
This, the monetary side is blinding people we have wasted far more on duds over the years. He is clearly talented and was ecstatic after the game against Forest he obviously likes it here.I’m going to go against the grain here and say I think it could be a masterstroke. We have lots of examples of players who’ve been pretty average in their first season and then brilliant the next.
